We want you to feel as comfortable as possible during your stay (as well as a little pampered). Below is a quick list of the amenities so you feel right at home.

• High speed fiber internet and Wi-Fi through out the property.
• Smart locks for self check in no matter what time you arrive.
• AC and heating: Each room is equipped with an independent split unit, so everyone is comfortable.
• Laundry facilities and basic cleaning supplies to use during your stay.
• Televisions and surround sound set to guest mode so you can feel safe to enter your own streaming tv services without anyone else having access to your accounts.
• Fire pit with several seating areas in the courtyard.

• Dumpster: Trash bins are located outside of the main room structure.
• Pool with shaded patio and extra pool towels.

•Heated & cooled pool. The temperature is always perfect!
• BBQ and outdoor kitchen area: There is a propane grill for your use and a large dining table and chairs with its own shaded patio. 
• Beds: In addition to the queen beds in the private bedrooms the main room is equipped with 2 queen-size murphy beds. All linens are included.
• Dedicated Workspace: We know that sometimes work must continue while you're traveling. We had added a full dedicated workspace with basic office supplies and plenty of space for you to get things done, all while enjoying the view.
• Full kitchen: The home has a full kitchen including a traditional stove top and oven. We have also included items for your use to be able to cook just about anything. Some included items are: Fridge and freezer, microwave, electric
skillet, toaster, air fryer, multiple styles of coffee pots and more. There are basic dishes and pans, as well as plastic children’s dishes.
• For the kids: We want even our littlest guests to enjoy their stay. We have included essentials like a highchair, a play pen, children’s dishes and more just for them.

• Bathrooms: Our fixtures are balanced between low flow to conserve, and high quality so you never notice the difference. Basic toiletries are located in each of the bathrooms, as well as bath towels and other essential items. You can also enjoy our bonus outdoor shower!
• Extra seating: There is a folding table and folding chairs available for your use.
• Shaded outdoor areas: Our shade structures give you peace of mind knowing while they keep you cool, they also generate electricity.
• Dark Skies: Big Bend area is known nationwide for its unique dark skies. When you stargaze here you will not even recognize the sky! Much more is visible here than you have probably ever seen before. We are committed to protecting our dark skies and every lighting choice reflects that. All outdoor lighting is Dark Sky compliant.
• Electric car charging: COMING SOON!
• Safety: The home and rooms are equipped with smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors. There is also an outdoor security camera, positioned to protect your privacy, but does record the driveway and some of the exterior of the property.
• There is a basic first aid kit located in each bathroom.
• Entertainment: We have included a wide variety of books for you to enjoy. We have also included a variety of games for entertainment.
