We want you to feel as comfortable as possible during your stay (as well as a little pampered). Below is a list of the amenities so you feel right at home.

 

• High speed fiber internet and Wifi.

• Smart locks for self check in.

• AC and heating: Each room is equipped with an independent split unit so everyone is comfortable. 

• Laundry facilities are included. All cleaning supplies and products located inside the upper cabinet in the laundry room are at your disposal during your stay as well. 

• Televisions and surround sound: The living room and bedroom televisions are set to guest mode through Roku- you can feel safe to enter your own streaming tv services without anyone else having access to your accounts. 

• Fire pit and outdoor seating areas.

• Bulk trash Bins are located outside of the bedroom structure.

• Pool: The pool is equipped with a safety cover to prevent accidental drownings of children and wildlife. 

• Propane grill and covered patio area. (Full outdoor kitchen coming soon!).

• Beds: In addition to the queen beds in the 2 private bedrooms, the main house is equipped with 2 additional queen-size murphy beds. Linens are included.

• Convenience kitchen: While the kitchen does not have a traditional stove top and oven, we have included items for your use to be able to cook just about anything. Included items are: Fridge and freezer with ice maker, microwave, electric skillet, hot plate, toaster, air fryer, multiple styles of coffee pots and more.  There are basic dishes and pans.

• For the kids: We want even our littlest guests to enjoy their stay. We have included essentials like a high chair, a play pen, children’s dishes and more just for them.

• For the pets: You will find a variety of items for your fur-babies including a kennel, food and water bowls, a lead for potty breaks as well as a handy pooper-scooper to clean up after them and a pet bed.

• Bathrooms:  Our fixtures are balanced between low flow to conserve water, and high quality so you never notice the difference. Basic toiletries are located in all of the bathrooms, as well as bath towels and other essential items. You can also enjoy our bonus outdoor shower.

• Extra seating: There is a folding table and folding chairs available for your use.

• Shaded outdoor areas: Our shade structures give you peace of mind knowing while they keep you cool, they also generate electricity.

• Dark Skies: Big Bend area is known nationwide for its unique dark skies. When you stargaze here you will not even recognize the sky! Much more is visible here than you have probably ever seen before.  We are committed to protecting our dark skies and every lighting choice reflects that. All outdoor lighting is Dark Sky compliant.

• Safety: The home and rooms are equipped with smoke alarms. There is also an outdoor security camera, positioned to protect your privacy, but does record the driveway and some of the exterior of the property.

• There is a basic first aid kit located in each bathroom.

• Entertainment: We have included a wide variety of books for you to enjoy. We have also included a variety of games for entertainment.
